## Report an Outage

<Warning>
  Use this only for urgent production issues that break live Cloud Employee traffic — voice, chat, SMS, or webhooks. If it is not an outage, open a normal support ticket instead.
</Warning>

If you are experiencing an urgent outage affecting production traffic, submit a report through the [support ticket form](https://forms.gle/FwkXEkMGJuqjyhkG7) or email [support@atonom.ai](mailto:support@atonom.ai) with the subject line **Production Outage**.

Please include:

* When the outage started
* Which Cloud Employees or channels are affected
* The scope of impact (e.g., all calls, specific integration, single workspace)
* Any error messages or logs you have available

The Atonom team will act on outage reports in a timely manner. Please do not use the outage channel for general questions or non-urgent issues.

<Note>
  Enterprise customers may have dedicated support agreements. Contact your account team for details.
