This guide will walk you through the simple process of integrating Atonom with Gorgias to enhance your customer support capabilities.

Step 1: Find Atonom in Gorgias App Store

  1. Log into your Gorgias account
  2. Navigate to Settings > App Store
  3. Search for “Atonom” in the app store
  4. Click on the Atonom app to view its details

Step 2: Connect Atonom

  1. On the Atonom App page, click the Connect Atonom button
  2. This will redirect you to the Atonom application

Step 3: Sign In to Atonom

  1. If you’re not already signed in to Atonom, you’ll be prompted to sign in
  2. Enter your Atonom account credentials
  3. Complete the sign-in process

Step 4: Authorize the Integration

  1. After signing in, you’ll be taken to an authorization page
  2. Review the integration details and permissions
  3. Click Authorize to connect your Atonom account with Gorgias

Step 5: Accept Permissions in Gorgias

  1. You’ll be redirected back to Gorgias
  2. Review the scopes and permissions that Atonom is requesting
  3. Click Accept to grant the necessary permissions
  4. The integration is now complete!

Once the integration is set up, you can:
  • Set up Cloud Employees to handle incoming tickets
  • Create tickets from Atonom conversations
